Rudd has great customer service! Shell Shock works great when you have two families sharing the house or a group with teenagers. Easy access to the beach! Kitchen could use a few additions: large frying pan, new coffee maker, hot pads or oven mitts. There was an issue with rodents outside. Even with these concerns we had a great vacation!
