Far from the crowds and commercialization, this home offers a beautiful wrap-around covered porch and upper level deck. The private walkway to the beach also has a sun deck at dune level. It won’t be easy to pull yourself away from the stunning ocean views, but when you do, the home is well-equipped with just what you need for a perfect family vacation.
Ground Level: Ground level features include covered parking with interior stairwell access to the middle level and an enclosed hot/cold outside shower.
Lower/Main Level: The main living area is located on the middle level and includes a galley-style kitchen that leads to an open living area with a dining room, living room and sitting area (all with ocean views). There is one bedroom on this level with a full bathroom and a laundry room and half bath as well.
Upper Level: There are three large bedrooms on the upper level each with their own full bathroom. The two oceanside bedrooms have access to the large upper level deck.

11/16/2011Don't mind paying but give me quality
I felt the view was spectacular - the beach unbeatable but the carpet was a bit ratty and buckled and the air conditioning went out (and was fixed within 8 hours) At this price point there are better appointed cottages. The worse part were the neighbors who said they were friends with the owner. They parked in Someplace Else's yard and kept insisting ' it is OK with the owners' we are good friends. Yet when I called Margaret Rudd realty they were unaware that the neighbors would be parking trailers and cars on the yard. As a renter one should enjoy quite title of the property and with neighbors who park on the yard and block the clear view of the road it just made us feel like we didn't have a peace of serenity we had hoped. We are not returning nor would recommend it.
