Situated at the end of 58th Street, the Southern Shore Villas are centrally located, and near local shopping and dining. Each individually decorated unit offers an ocean view and all are well equipped with many amenities to make your vacation a comfortable one. The facility offers ample parking, a pool, outside showers, and private walkway down to the beach with a gazebo. Grilling is prohibited on balconies, but the property offers a large, open yard surrounding the pool with available grills, or plenty of space if you brought your own.

The location of the Condo was great, especially the view from the deck of the ocean and pool. The grounds were very well kept and the other guests in the complex were very nice and quiet. The unit itself does needs some interior paint, especially the hallway area. The unit was pretty clean except for the kitchen cabinets and door exteriors were pretty dirty and I had to clean them. When we arrived I called to report that the screen had come out of the exterior patio door and someone came the next day to address that issue. All in all we enjoyed our stay at Southern Shore Villa and would rent again through your company.
