We really enjoyed our stay at Summer House. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed the beach chairs, floats, and sand building equipment available for use. The only negative was going outside and down the stairs to the lower level to access the washer and dryer. The den/living room could have been a bit bigger for us, it only seats 5 and we needed to accommodate our family of 8. The distance from the house to the beach is very close which was one of our needs. It was a very short walk!
11/16/2011Long Beach Old-timers
We have owned a home two doors from Summer House for almost 30 years. We rent Summer House for overflow of children during a family week in July. Unfortunately because next year fewer will be able to attend, we rented a smaller house. You can be sure that if we need the room in the future, it will be our first choice. It has all the charm of an older beach cottage with today's ammenities. We love it, Carol & Herman Wolff, Jr.
