I liked the house it was very clean and neat, but when we arrived at the house the hot water was turned off, the air conditioner did not work to cool the house and the TV and Satellite did not work so we could not watch any TV. Margaret Rudd did not have an emergency number (after hours number) to call for the hot water and the air conditioner not working like other rental companies have. I recommend to them to have an after hours emergency number for cases such as this to get help quickly, because we had to take cold showers that night. They did get back with us an fix it the next morning but that didn't help the night before. I also recommend to Margaret Rudd that they have a maintance crew be set up to go out in mid may of every year to checkout their rental houses to make sure things are working properly such as air conditioners, hot water, TV, etc. Overall the house was beautiful and I really enjoyed it being clean and neat.
