We had called and was told that we could check in early since no one had rented the villa the week before. This was going to be perfect since my daughter was getting married on the beach that day. We went got to the rental office we were then told we could not check in until much later. Once we got to the villa, it was not what we expected. It was dirty even after a clean up crew was sent in (while we were there).

The MR&A; staff continues to provide excellent customer service year after year. Wbv 103 was nicely furnished. Located directly across the street from the ocean, the view is great and provides an easy walk to the beach. The master bath needs some TLC as the paint was peeling, the bifold door at the washer/dryer was off the track and the kitchen lacked good quality cooking items. (We bought new frying pans and left them in the kitchen) A nice addition would be a larger TV in the living room. We will probably stay in this unit again, but would like to see the owners invest in some improvements.
