Enjoy an ocean breeze while sitting outside on the nice patio furniture before heading in to catch your favorite show from any of the 3 Smart TVs available. Head over to the Oak Island Golf Course for a morning round of golf before visiting the Oak Island Lighthouse located nearby.

The Oak Island Beach Villa is an oceanfront condominium complex offering eleven oceanfront buildings and five ocean view buildings. Two- and three-bedroom, individually decorated units are available to accommodate small or larger sized families. The community also offers amenities such as a centrally located pool, private walkways to the beach, outside showers, ample parking, recreation area and designated grilling area. For the golf lovers, the complex is also located just across the road from the Oak Island Golf Course and Country Club.

**Please note that the Oak Island Beach Villas is a non-smoking, non-vaping condominium community. Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted on any of the common grounds, inside individual units or on private exterior balcony areas. In addition, the community does NOT allow golf cart, boat, water motor craft, trailer or RV parking. Violations will be towed at guest expense. Please call our office to confirm if a particular parking situation is allowed prior to your arrival.**

Our condo was extremely clean, well organized and well stocked with appliances and utensils. All of the staff we encountered were very polite and helpful. They made the process of planning, checking in and out easy and stress free. We loved the location of our condo and the views. The only improvement/suggestion that we could offer if that more and larger bath towel were supplied. We had a very enjoyable experience and will be using you again for our next vacation.
