Reservation Specialist

A sales-oriented, experienced Reservation Specialist is needed to support the office and assist in booking operations. Well-qualified candidates will have knowledge of the lead management process to include the ability to suggest and guide guest reservations. Skillful candidates will work to maintain a positive and helpful working environment. Individuals will quickly handle incoming calls, assist guests with check-in and arrival procedures, provide the highest level of customer service and respond to issues promptly, and will demonstrate a high level of professionalism during each interaction.

Competitive Candidates Must Meet the Following Qualifications

  • Reliable, hardworking, honest, punctual, clean and well spoken
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional communication skills
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions from supervisor
  • Strong knowledge of reservation system (with training to be provided)
  • Ability to work efficiently on an independent or team basis
  • Identify and promptly report all property management problems, safety hazards and lost items
  • Flexibility with schedule with ability to work weekends, especially Saturdays (including holidays)

Position Details

  • Full- and/or part-time position

Position Requirements

  • Reliable transportation with up-to-date auto insurance
  • Valid driver's license and social security number
  • Clean background and criminal check
  • Letters of reference from prior employer
