This condo could be great as it has great views, is in a great location and lots of space, however it needs some TLC. It needs a DEEP cleaning, everyone’s feet are black from walking around in it as if it hasn’t been mopped in ages. The kitchen is full of utensils that are random and broken and missing lots of key items for cooking like large spoons and flat spatulas and Most of the dishes have old food and drink stuck on them. The bed spreads and bath mats are stained and worn out. The pillows on the couches look dingy and old. I think the biggest disappointment is the ground level bedroom/suite. It’s a closed in garage, which is fine except that it still feels and smells like you are staying in a converted garage. A dehumidifier is running constantly and it smells wet and musty. The couch in this room needs to be tossed completely. The shower in this bathroom is barely big enough to turn around in and the shower curtain is trashed and falling down. This room also only has a window unit for AC. Overall this condo was disappointing in comparison to pictures/how it’s advertised and the price you pay for it. I would not stay here again.
