Above It All is a second row home with good ocean views, especially from the upper balcony. The perfect family vacation home has a spacious, open floor plan on the main level with large sliding glass doors looking onto the covered porch and easy beach access. It is conveniently located in the East Beach area of Oak Island.
Main Level: The main living area is located on the middle level and includes the kitchen, dining area and living room in an open format. There is one full bathroom and two bedrooms on this level, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen and a double. On the back of the home is a screened porch and deck and the front of the home has a covered porch with rocking chairs.
Upper Level: Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. The front bedroom has a king size bed and the back bedroom offers two queens. There is an upper balcony located off the front bedroom.

The rooms & furnishings were great. Although we didn't have any young children with us, we were thankful that the house did not have a lot of "knick knacks". The beds were comfortable & the kitchen had everything needed plus more. The only complaints we had was there were not enough rocking chairs on the porch facing the ocean. We had 6 adults with 4 chairs & one was completely broken. Also the house could use a deep cleaning. Overall, we loved the house.
