Four nice sized bedrooms with plenty of space, a short walk to the beach, and a lovely view from the front porch were some highlights. We had two issues with appliances and outlets while we were there, but MRA came the same day and fixed both of them. Would definitely stay here again!

Good rental

Original pictures on website have an open lot in front of this rental, but there is a new build there now and not a lot of direct view of the ocean. This needs to be updated in order to be fully transparent and people know what they're renting. Everything is clean and we appreciated the linen service which wraps each set of sheets, towels, etc. after they're washed. There was a slight smell when we first came in - maybe from being closed up for the winter? My kids said it smelled like "Grandma." It went away during the week with our coming and going. The rocker in the photo, now in the bedroom, is worn and should be replaced but fine with a sheet over it. Although the reviewer in the first review had an issue with the mattresses, we did not - and that says a lot for my arthritic hips. The rental office was very communicative about the whole process (before, during and after and very easy), willing to answer my questions pre-rental and responsive when we had an issue with both toilets. They were fixed several hours later. We would've appreciate at least a couple of beach chairs rather than having to bring them with us but this rental doesn't provide any beach things. Overall though, it was a good rental.

Kitchen had all the primary equipment so that was nice, would have loved a BBQ of some type or at least that there wasn't one so we could have brought ours.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location and convenience to the beach was very nice. We had plenty of room and everything we needed was provided. The ONLY complaint (not really a complaint) is I think they could use some new mattresses! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch every day/night. They also had extra beach toys, chairs, grill etc. for us to use. All around great place.
