We stayed at Pelican Knob. It is a cute, older little beach house. It had everything we needed to spend a relaxing week at Oak Island. The ocean can be seen by the deck. The beach is not dirty or crowded at all. The house is older but that is part of the charm. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, glasses, pots, pans, anything needed to cook a meal. It was very nice to have a washer and dryer. The house is off the road and nice and quiet. I would stay here again. It was a great place to have a relaxing vacation.
