This space is comfortable and well maintained, it seems like every year there are at least a few updates! When we had a problem with the HVAC system, Rudd responded immediately and worked to fix the problem promptly without disrupting our vacation. Even though we just got home, my kids are already asking when we can go back to the house!

Excellent Service for the small problem we had
Reviewed on 2026-08-24 by Kareem Inniss , Blacksburg, SC United Stateswas directed to house via text, could not get in, called MRA, was able to get in immediately remotely within five minutes, got in and found AC not working around 2:00pm, by 8:00PM that evening the air was fixed, very satisfied as always with the prompt service we get from Margaret Rudd Realty! House was nice too!!
