The house was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. It has TVs and bathrooms on all three levels, making it great for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a wonderful meal. Great location within a short walking distance to the beach, close to restaurants and shops, with plenty of parking. Keyless entry made accessing the home seamless and communication with the rental company was great. The patio with string lights and a basketball goal was a favorite spot for evenings. We will definitely come back!

We enjoyed the tri-level home providing separate living spaces for our adult children and their families. The home is beautifully furnished and decorated. The third level offers an almost panoramic view and beautiful ocean view. This is a spacious and gracious living space. A short walk on a residential street brings you right to the beach. You won't have to navigate traffic either. And, pet friendly. We chose this rental for the price point but we found so much more than we expected. Everyone in our large family enjoyed gathering and spending time together in this beautiful home. I should also mention the owner provides beach wagons and beach toys for you to enjoy (check out the garage). You will find basketballs too as there is a basketball goal available. Yes, the outdoor shower is clean and working. Want to cook out? The grill is provided as well as an outdoor brick patio with picnic table. As no detail is overlooked, there are outdoor decorative lights helping to keep the celebration going. We hope to be back at Whispering Palms next year. Sincerely, Tim and Leigh Ann

The home is spacious, lovely, and extremely close to beach access. We walked on the beach multiple times per day, took our morning coffee out on the pier, cooked in the kitchen, relaxed in both living rooms, slept comfortably in our bedrooms, and basked in the sunshine in the courtyard. Special thanks to MRA for delivering beach chairs and a Keurig to the property, which were mentioned/included in the listing but were not on-site when we arrived. We will definitely use MRA again and will not hesitate to rebook Whispering Palms!

It was perfect for all 7 of us. Lots of room to spread out and have some alone time too. I wish the sleeping capacity was more flexible than just for 8 people though. We have a large family, but at least some of them were down staying in other places but could still be with us during the day. Loved the quiet, secluded patio area. And The short walk to the beach was perfect with public access available. All in all it was a great place to stay! The only question I had was why the neighbor lady came down our driveway writing something down on paper and then left? That was a little odd.
