Please note that the condominium pool is controlled and maintained by the homeowners association. Margaret Rudd & Associates, Inc. cannot guarantee pool availability during your stay. While the pool is traditionally open from Memorial Day to the end of September, we have seen delays or early closures due to the weather and other extenuating circumstances.

We have stayed in this particular condo three times. Great location, beautiful view from the deck and reasonable rates. My only complaint with this condo is that the carpets are in desperate need of a good cleaning and/or replaced. The master bedroom carpet is so nasty that we would not let our little dog lay on it. I have made this request previously and to this date nothing has been done. Otherwise this is a great condo and we would certainly stay here again if the carpets are cleaned or replaced. Otherwise we would not return to this condo.

Thank you for your feedback. Since your stay, the owner has replaced the furniture in the Queen bedroom as well as the flooring in the bedrooms and bathrooms.
