The views from both sides were amazing - sunsets and sunrises! The house could use some new mattresses and we were surprised to find that, while the house sleeps 10, the dining area only seats 8 and there were only 9 forks. We also had an ant problem- the exterminator came out and sprayed but there were still some stragglers. Bring a small squirt bottle and hit them with a little dish soap and water and they die quickly.

We took many long walks and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the Point. The house was very well appointed and the porches were perfect to enjoy coffee and breakfast while viewing a beautiful sunrise and then having a time of relaxation with the sunsets. Can't wait to return to this restful spot.

Stayed at Breezin Easy Oct.1 2022 thru Oct.8 2022 and it was a great place to stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you need to cook with. The elevator broke down while there and I called MRA and they had it fixed the next day. Also there is one other thing that would be great is if they gave you 2 towel packs per person instead of 1 towel pack. We were always washing towel and rags to wash with. I would definitely rent from MRA again.
