Overall

The best part of this house is the beach - it’s tremendous and perfect for kids! The views from both sides were amazing - sunsets and sunrises! The house could use some new mattresses and we were surprised to find that, while the house sleeps 10, the dining area only seats 8 and there were only 9 forks. We also had an ant problem- the exterminator came out and sprayed but there were still some stragglers. Bring a small squirt bottle and hit them with a little dish soap and water and they die quickly.

Ms. Barber, thank you for taking the time to review Breezin Easy. We agree, the far west end and all the tidal pools are perfect for kids! The sunrises and sunsets are truly amazing there. We will give the owners the feedback on the beds. As far as forks, if you ever run into a situation like that again, please call the office. While we do try and have housekeeping keep an eye on stock items things do seem to vanish over the summer months! We keep a full supply at the office of necessities!

It was the perfect spot, the best view, the best time:)

We really enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing and it was a perfect place to enjoy the beach and the sound. We took many long walks and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the Point. The house was very well appointed and the porches were perfect to enjoy coffee and breakfast while viewing a beautiful sunrise and then having a time of relaxation with the sunsets. Can't wait to return to this restful spot.
