This trip was one of the best my wife and I have ever been on. This was the first time we've stayed on Oak Island, but it won't be our last. We really enjoyed how laid back everything was. Even with-it being 4th of July week, the crowds were not too bad.The room was great! Very clean and spacious, with everything we needed. The beach was not crowded, and the water was so clear. I really appreciated the closet on the ground level for store our beach gear in at night. Not having to carry everything up to the room everyday was a huge plus.We've vacationed to several different beaches in North and South Carolina, but we liked this area the best. We will be back.
