Ride the Tide Kayak Float

The Oak Island Recreation Center and The Adventure Kayak Company are sponsoring this kayak float and race from the Rec Center to Blue Water Point Marina. There will be various age group awards and kayak rentals are available.

Bridge to Bridge Triathlon

Grab your swim suit and running shoes!  The 1st annual Bridge to Bridge Triathlon features a 750 yard swim, 18 mile bike ride, and a 4 mile run.

Annual NC 4th of July Festival Freedom Run
Southport Waterfront Park, Southport NC
5k run begins at 8:00am, 1 Mile Fun Run begins at 9:00am
The 5K and 1 mile Freedom Fun Run/Walk leaves from Southport’s Waterfront Park and is great fun for participants and observers.
Admission/Fees: $20.00 early registration, $25.00 after June 10th
