Dutchman Dinghy Dash

Grab some cardboard, duct tape, and glue- it's time to get creative! Teams of two will build homemade cardboard boats and race 400 feet across the water. There's a Youth Division ( ages 12 & under, helmets required) and an Adult Division (including adult/ youth teams), with prizes for fastest, furthest, most creative designs, and even the most dramatic sinkers. All racers must bring a life jacket, and participants are asked to donate at least $10 in non-perishable food intems upon entry. Registration and safety briefing begin at 10:00am. Whether you're racing or cheering, prepare for a fun-filled, community-packed afternoon on the creek!
