Located just off of Middleton Park, the Walk-In Clinic can be found just outside of the Saint James community's SeaSide gate.
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm
- 3009 Medical Plaza Lane, Southport, NC 28461
- No appointment necessary. Most major insurances accepted.
