Overall

First time to Oak Island and we loved it. We have stayed all over the OBX and Emerald Isle Md this was by far our favorite beach. The property was very clean and relaxing. We bro6our dogs and the neighborhood was perfect for dog walking. The beach entrance was a 1-2 minute golf cart ride. The entrance had a newly built ramp and the beach was perfect sand. We were only a few houses down from one of the community pools which was unfortunately closed for repairs until our last day. We loved riding the golf cart in the evenings. . We have already pre booked for next year. Margaret Rudd was great to work with , always available and quick to respond. I highly recommend them.

Overall

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in March in a beautiful home at 161 Fairway, Caswell Beach, The home was very clean and spacious, nicely furnished, had a great enclosed sunporch overlooking the 6th hole of the golf course. Mature trees and nice landscaping made it very private, and the area was peaceful and quiet. It had a fully equipped kitchen, including both a 12 cup coffee maker and a Keurig, which we loved. The location was great, we could walk or take the golf cart to the beach. The community pool was a short walk, although it was closed for the season. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would certainly come back again.

Overall

We loved our stay! The home was very clean and spacious for our family! The golf cart access was awesome and just a short ride to the beach. The house had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy!! We will def be back!! Thanks again for making our last long weekend beach trip a happy one!!
