This house was exactly what we needed for our vacation. The location couldn't be any better; A short two-block straight shot easy walk to beach access, and the dock out back with a kayak launch that we got a lot of use out of with our rented kayaks. The outdoor heated foot-wash is sublime after returning from the beach. Beds were comfy. The large dining table served us well for both meals and playing games. The kitchen (with water views in both directions!) was pretty well stocked with whatever you might need to prepare most meals. Dishwasher a plus. Fridge/Freezer both in the kitchen and basement was very helpful. Minor Issues were mostly with fit/finish around the house: 1. Both downstairs bathroom doors didn't close quite right, one rubbed on the floor. 2. Drawer by the oven bumped into the burner knob when opened. The outdoor top deck was a fantastic place to observe sunrise, and relax in the evening. Just WATCH YOUR STEP in and out of the sliding glass doors as there's a 2-3 inch guard or guide or something at the threshhold that we all tripped over at least 5 times each before getting used to it!All things considered this was perfect for our needs and we had a wonderful time here. Really hoping it will be available for whichever week we come out next year.
