We had the opportunity to stay at Aunt Evelyn’s in Southport, NC Jan 1-Mar 15, 2024. We had been to Southport by boat previously and fell in love with the wonderful town. We knew the location of Aunt Evelyn’s from the time we spent in the marina.From the very beginning, our guest services specialist, Tracy Miller from Margaret Rudd and Associates made every step a smooth and easy process. The communication pre-rental, during the rental, and during checkout was outstanding.When we arrived, the house was absolutely spotless and equipped with everything we would ever need during our stay.We can’t thank Tracey and Margaret Rudd and Associates enough for our wonderful experience.

The home is very comfortable. It was clean and well furnished. No clutter. Close to the water and to town. Everyone was so kind.

We enjoyed the walk ability. Our weather was grand. The home very nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for our wedding anniversary. Margaret Rudd made check in, our stay and check out super smooth. Our best experience with a rental company in Southport/Oak Island yet! Our rental was clean, up to date, great parking, and had easy access to everything in Southport. Thank you!
