Just steps from the community pool and private community walkway to the beach, this convenient condominium provides guests with an unbeatable location along the shores of Caswell Beach. Get your coastal fix with a vacation in this beautiful and recently updated vacation rental. Located just across the street from the Oak Island Golf Club and its recently renovated clubhouse, golf lovers in your family can run over for a morning tee time while others spend the hours in the sand and surf.

The Oak Island Beach Villas is an oceanfront condominium complex located on historic Caswell Beach, offering eleven oceanfront buildings and five buildings with an ocean view. Two and three bedroom, individually decorated units are available to accommodate the size of your family. The community offers many amenities such as a centrally located pool right in front of the 600 building, walkways down to the beach throughout the community, outside showers at each building, ample parking, a recreation area and designated grilling areas. For the golf lover, Oak Island Beach Villas are located just across the road from the Oak Island Golf Course and Country Club.

**Please note that the Oak Island Beach Villas is a non-smoking, non-vaping condominium community. Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted on any of the common grounds, inside individual units or on private exterior balcony areas. In addition, the community does NOT allow golf cart, boat, water motor craft, trailer or RV parking. Violations will be towed at guest expense. Please call our office to confirm if a particular parking situation is allowed prior to your arrival.**

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely wonderful!!! A perfect mix of being walking distance to town, but also being able to enjoy the un-crowded beach. We spent time fishing, exploring great restaurants, and listening to the ocean waves on the balcony. The condo was within walking distance to turtle nests (although none hatched while we were there sadly!!) We can't wait to go back and spend more time in the beautifully decorated, well stocked, and cozy condo!!!

This was the most wonderful beach vacation we could have imagined. The location is perfect - two minutes' walk and you're dipping your toes in the Atlantic. We walked miles up the coast each night as the sun went down. It's also so close to a lot of great dining and shopping in Oak Island, and an easy drive up the road to Wilmington and Myrtle Beach. The condo itself is warm and welcoming, beautifully decorated, and offers everything you would need. We lacked nothing and went home relaxed, happy, a little sunburnt, and already daydreaming of our next visit! Can't wait to return!

My family and I loved this clean, newly decorated beautiful beach condo! We were walking distance to the pool and beach. Which made it perfect since we had an 11-month-old. We would highly recommend this condo. Also walking distance to a couple coffee shops, restaurants and a golf course. We will be back for sure!
