The Oak Island Beach Villa is an oceanfront condominium complex offering eleven oceanfront buildings and five ocean view buildings. Two- and three-bedroom, individually decorated units are available to accommodate small or larger sized families. The community also offers amenities such as a centrally located pool, private walkways to the beach, outside showers, ample parking, recreation area and designated grilling area. For the golf lovers, the complex is also located just across the road from the Oak Island Golf Course and Country Club.

Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted on any of the common grounds, inside individual units or on private exterior balcony areas. In addition, the community does NOT allow golf cart, boat, water motor craft, trailer or RV parking. Violations will be towed at guest expense.
