It boasts a large balcony with a chaise lounge, deck chairs, table and 4 dining chairs as well as amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean. Additionally, a hi-def 50-inch Smart TV in the living room, updated appliances, and remodeled bathrooms makes this property an ideal choice for your Oak Island stay. Have your coffee and teleconference on the balcony with 5G wifi while pelicans dive into the surf, or use the indoor work station. Toast the sun as it sets over the Oak Island Pier. Then, settle in with your favorite movie, sports games, or books.

The Oak Island Beach Villas are an oceanfront condominium complex located on historic Caswell Beach, offering eleven oceanfront buildings and five buildings with an ocean view. Two and three bedroom, individually decorated units are available to accommodate the size of your family. The community offers many amenities such as a centrally located pool right in front of the 600 building, walkways down to the beach throughout the community, outside showers at each building, ample parking, a recreation area and designated grilling areas. For the golf lover, Oak Island Beach Villas are located just across the road from the Oak Island Golf Course and Country Club.

**Please note that the Oak Island Beach Villas is a non-smoking, non-vaping condominium community. Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted on any of the common grounds, inside individual units or on private exterior balcony areas. In addition, the community does NOT allow golf cart, boat, water motor craft, trailer or RV parking. Violations will be towed at guest expense. Please call our office to confirm if a particular parking situation is allowed prior to your arrival.**

Overall

We had 3 adults in the condo and we enjoyed our time there! The sunset is beautiful from the balcony. We cooked dinner in the kitchen one night and we had all the right supplies. We spent our afternoon in Southport, which is about 15 minutes' drive from the condo, and loved the town! The beach is right outside and it has so much natural beauty. Each room has a TV and the bathrooms are clean and nice too. I would recommend staying here!

Overall

Stayed for three nights. It is an ideal oceanfront place for vacation and relaxation. I walked on the seemingly endless beach in both directions to appreciate the beauty of the ocean. Perfect for me during the winter season without many tourists on the beach. I also visited nearby historical sites and tourist places. All rooms are very clean and pleasantly arranged. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and baking with new appliances.

Overall

Our family of four had a wonderful stay! Location is perfect – on the second level and right on the beach, with excellent views from the large patio and from indoors. The weather was chilly, but the views were beautiful and there was plenty to do inside – the place is equipped with games, books, puzzles, a huge TV in the living room and one in each bedroom, and high-speed WiFi. It’s clear that the condo has been renovated since the negative review was posted last year. Dining room table and chairs appear new, new recliner and seating in the living room, and issues with screen door and rail have been repaired. The new kitchen is beautiful and well-equipped, with quality appliances and lots of cabinet and counter space. Everything was very clean and very kid-friendly space, complete with a pack and play! We will definitely be back.

Overall

This condo is perfect for a couple or a small family. The views from the master bedroom and the living room are outstanding and it's wonderful to open the sliding doors and listen to the waves from both rooms. Kitchen is well-appointed. We enjoyed our stay so much. Only small negative: the vertical blinds are a bit problematic to open. Otherwise, it's perfect! Hope to return in the future!

They tend to be the best form of blinds to use for sliding glass doors but we understand how that could have been problematic. The owners would love to welcome you back to the island as would we.

Cozy with a beautiful view

We really enjoyed staying here for a week and recommend it to others looking for a cozy unit with an ocean view. The extra wide balcony is a definite plus and has a beautiful view. It’s length provides enough room to spread out and relax at the patio table or the chaise lounge. The Master bedroom has beautiful sunrise views and a screened door that allowed us to listen to the waves at night.The internet was fast and allowed my husband and I to be on simultaneous video conference calls with no issue. When the weather was warm enough, I could use the outdoor outlet and patio table to work outside and enjoy the sound of the waves. We even saw some dolphins while sitting on the balcony. A lot of beach condos are older and this unit has clearly been renovated. I appreciated the fully stocked (pots,pans,etc) kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out every day. I enjoyed the beachy feel and decor throughout the condo. We also appreciated the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit. I recommend this unit and will be staying there on my next trip to OI.
