Poo's Place is a lovely four bedroom vacation home in the West Beach area with good ocean views and easy beach access. You'll find the vacation home charming and well-equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The property boasts hardwood floors, convenient for those guests with allergy issues. The rocking chair front porch has a nice view of the ocean and it gives you that peaceful, easy feeling that vacation is all about. All rooms are located on the main level and include an open concept kitchen, dining area and living room.

Overall

Great house located on our favorite part of the island, West Beach. The home is beautifully decorated and spacious enough for 8 adults. We loved the covered back porch with tall chairs to look over the rails at the beach and also the rocking chairs. We had a small issue that Margaret Rudd was quick to resolve. The only reason I am not giving this Home 5 stars is because there was not enough hot water for showers for the number of people the house holds but I wouldn’t let that keep you from booking. It can be improved on. I will definitely stay here again!

Simple beach house with an amazing view

Overall

Poo's place has an amazing view and a fantastic porch. It has 4 comfortable beds and has pretty good use of space. AC is super cold and the unit has fantastic water pressure and plenty of hot water.The bad. There is a lot of traffic in front of the house since it is close to the main round onto the island. The house is halfway between two public beach access points so you have to be careful crossing the street. The place needs a good deep cleaning. It wasn't dirty but there is some serious buildup in corners and on vents. The kitchen was a mess, it was hard to find stuff because there is a ton of things everywhere. There is no pantry so you have to find cabinet space which is hard because there is stuff everywhere. The tv in the main room is super tiny and has an old collection of VHS tapes. The unit is a little tired but is still a great place at the beach. I would recommend it but keep your expectations in check
