What a great place. This one has it all! Lovely living/sleeping area and great kitchen. We went for my Mom's 85th birthday. Very quiet road/area. Quick access to the glorious beach. Wonderful fenced in back yard with a deck on the canal. First time I've been fishing with my Dad in many years. The downstairs was in fact my favorite as I wanted to do it up nice for my Mom's birthday. The bar, picnic table and other seating areas were perfect for the 20 pound low country boil I cooked for the birthday. 6 of our family members who live close by joined us and we had a great time and a perfect birthday for Mom. I left 4 fishing poles for future guests that might not have poles with them when they arrive. Enjoy them! A beautiful home in a great location. We will be back!

This beach house is a true GEM! It was great for our family. Short walk to the beach and on a tidal creek park where you can relax, fish, crab or watch the cotton candy sunset. House was brand new feeling and had everything we needed. Loved the fish market and grocery stores being so close as well as a baseball field, playground and splash pad for the kids. Couldn’t ask for more! Thanks for a great trip!

Perfect Weekend Beach Getaway

Overall

Met and exceeded expectations! The house was very clean and felt like it was brand new. We had my whole family stay the weekend (6 Adults and 2 Children) and we were extremely comfortable the entire time. The backyard, dock and downstairs bar is kept pristine! It was a very short and convenient walk to the beach , even with having to carry all the stuff for the kids. The beach was very clean and it was also not too crowded. You will be 1 mile from a Publix supermarket that was just built , so it was easy to run to the store to pick up some food for dinner. We spent alot of time during the trip just talking about when everyone was free next so we could book this house again! Overall it was a very fun , carefree trip.

This home was the best vacation home we have ever rented at the beach. The dock in the back yard Emma’s great. We caught fish and crabs on the dock. The yard was super for our border collie to run around. Inside the house was very clean and all one level. The master bath is very large. If there was a negative it would be that the utensils in the kitchen were lacking in quantity. We had to constantly run the dishwasher. We would highly recommend this beach gone. Also we would like to acknowledge the rental company. Super easy to work with and very proactive. A great group of folks. Definitely with out a second thought a five star accommodation. Thanks for sharing your home.

The house is very comfortable, clean, adorably decorated with all the modern conveniences. Quiet location but very short walk to the beach. We have been telling our friends all about it back home.

We had the most incredible family vacation at the Ski Breeze! The house is absolutely gorgeous and could not be in a more perfect location with the beach a quick walk away and the marsh right in the backyard. Our kids enjoyed playing at the beach during the day and catching fish and crabs off the dock in the afternoons. This house truly has everything you could possibly want for a relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to come back to the Ski Breeze soon!

We stayed an entire month in this home and It had all the comforts of home. The house is very well equipped with everything you need from washer dryer to kitchen utensils to an amazing backyard with its own private fishing and crabbing dock. My husband and son spent many days and hours sitting on the dock, catching various fish and crabs and enjoying the sunsets together this house is truly amazing! there is a beach within a three minute walk that also allows dogs. This house is perfectly located and equipped which allowed us to have an amazing summer vacation can’t wait to visit again next year!

Our vacation with the grandkids was great being so close to the beach. It was a 5 min walk! The house had everything you need for a relaxing vacation house. The open floor plan works great for everyone. There was 4 different outside places to sit and enjoy your day before or after the beach. The sunset was great and not having anyone behind you was perfect. Grandsons had a great time. Short drive to town and Dairy Queen for ice cream!!, Definitely coming back !

My family took our first trip to Oak Island this August and it exceeded our expectations! This host thought of everything! From check in, to the little extras like The bluetooth speaker, Coffee tumblers to take with you on a morning walk and the Outdoor shower, we were delighted at the thought and care that went into this home. It really is in the perfect location-no houses behind you and gorgeous sunsets across the marsh and only a 3 minute walk to the quiet beach! We were able to make great “social distancing” memories this summer thanks to this rental. We will be back!
