Slow lane is the perfect beach cottage for you and your fur baby. It was the first time we brought our dog with us and the cottage couldn’t have been better! A large fenced in secure backyard was great. My husband and I, our adult daughter and two teenage grandsons had plenty of room and enjoyed the house.The screened in front porch was so nice and relaxing. The house has hardwood floors throughout. We were concerned with a “pet friendly” house about odor that there was none. The house was and smelled clean and fresh! The beds were very comfortable.The shower heads were great. Plenty of hot water and pressure.The house is tasteful decorated in beautiful beach colors and sea life artwork.The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. We were there off season, April 19-23rd.You can walk to coffee shops, ice cream parlors, beach shops and a great non-profit second hand store.The beach access on 57th is about a 7 minute walk which is all flat.There is a beach cart included which is great for taking the beach chairs and bags with you.Covered parking with a swing and outdoor furniture.The kitchen is adequately furnished. The coffee pot is a one cup Keurig which I thought was odd for a house that sleeps eight, but it was fine.We did have an issue with beach chairs not being there after they were include it in the advertisement, but the staff at Margaret Rudd answered our calls and texts and bought new chairs and brought them to us.I would definitely stay at Slow Lane again!
