This stunning 6-bedroom oceanfront home has an inverted floor plan with the main living area located on the upper level and an additional living room area located on the middle level. There is elevator access to all levels of the home and the porches on each level have breathtaking views of the beach and Ocean Crest Pier.

The upper level includes the main living area comprised of a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, a beautifully appointed living room recently upgraded with new furniture, a breakfast area with an ocean view, a full bath, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Additionally, 2 bedrooms are located on this level, the primary bedroom with king size bed, primary bathroom and sliding glass door access to the covered porch, as well as a smaller bedroom with a set of bunk beds.

The middle level features 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full-size bathrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and the other 3 have 2 queen beds in each. There is an additional living room area on this level perfect for children to have their own space for movies and games.

Overall

This was our first trip to the Oak Island area. The house was just what we needed for our family. The cleaning was definitely not top notch. We dusted most of the furniture. I know with any properties you will see the occasional pest but we killed 4 spiders so it might be time to treat. One of the bathrooms had a very slow drain. None of these things affected our time spent there. The home was well stocked. I do wish the things available in the home had been listed cause it would have saved us from bringing too much. There was a room full of beach chairs and a few sand toys. The elevator is really why we had to book this home due to the stairs and our grandparents not being able to climb them and it worked great! We were there in the off season so I am not sure how I would like the amount of traffic that would be present in the summer months being right next to a public access. The linens we received were fine except I feel there needs to be more dish towels and more wash cloths. We found ourselves washing towels a lot just to have wash cloths.

Overall

The house worked perfectly for our needs. There were nine of us. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. New sectional sofa was comfy! The elevator was a must for us. The upper deck is large and provided shade and fabulous views. The outdoor shower and foot wash were convenient. The family had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Beautiful View

Overall

This spacious house has a beautiful view and nice beds. Love the porches. However, the furniture in the living area is terrible. Not comfortable even for children to sit on. It was not very clean, there is a hole in the ceiling of one bedroom, and it does not look like the pictures. Great location that is extremely over priced.

Overall

Great place to stay. The location could not have been better, right next to the beach access. We love the covered porches to give shade, or you could pull the chairs into the sun if you wanted that. Comfy furniture, well stocked kitchen, and the elevator was very helpful. Nice mattresses and bedding too. Hope to come again!
