The Yaupon Dunes condo unit is a real gem at OKI. It is well stocked with everything you need which makes it feel homey and is in a great location with easy beach access plus the pool. My teenage daughter and her friend loved the coffee shop across the street at the pier. There is so much good to say that I could go on and on. Also kudos to MRA for being so easy to deal with and attentive while vacationing.

We had a wonderful stay at this conveniently located condo andwe will be back! Unit has a brand new sectional with sleeper sofa and also has a new kitchen table! Can't beat the location- two restaurants and coffee shop across the street. We could see and hear the ocean from the private deck and loved walking on the (free) pier! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. There was even a storage unit downstairs full of chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella to enjoy the beach. We really appreciated the covered parking under the building! Great place, can't wait to come back soon!
