We stayed here for a weekend getaway and we loved this condo. Everything was super clean! The best part was the view and how close we were to the ocean and pier.

What a fantastic home base to explore Oak Island. It is in such a great location. We had a wonderful time at the beach easily accessible by walking across the street along with many other shops and food options nearby. The condo had everything we needed to suit our family of 6. Great size bathrooms. The beds and pull-out sofas were very comfortable. The storage room is stocked with everything you need for fun in the sun. We loved the relaxing atmosphere of the home.

The Yaupon Dunes Condo unit is a real gem at OKI. It is well stocked with everything you need which makes it feel homey and is in a great location with easy beach access. There is so much good to say that I could go on and on. Also kudos to MRA for being so easy to deal with and attentive while vacationing.

Great Family Beach and Excellent Location

We had a wonderful stay at this conveniently located condo and we will be back! Unit has a brand new sectional with sleeper sofa and also has a new kitchen table! Can not get over the view from the private deck and loved walking on the (free) pier! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. There was even a storage unit downstairs under the parking building! Can not wait to come back soon!

We have stayed at this condo nine times and have never had any complaints or issues. It is in a perfect location on OKI right across from the pier and with great beach access and the condo is well stocked with all the essentials needed for a trip away from home. The pool at the complex is really nice too and well maintained. Overall I recommend this condo to anyone.
