The spacious, well-equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, including refrigerator in-door ice and water, and lots of extra touches like a Keurig coffee maker and a waffle maker.

Each room features an HD smart TV with content from Spectrum Cable and several streaming service subscriptions (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Peacock, Curiosity Stream, etc.) for your use. The unit provides wireless high-speed internet, DVD player, Roku devices, and other entertainment. (The monitor in the king bedroom even swivels between a 1080p Full HDTV and a 32-inch 1920x1080 HDMI monitor - a perfect addition for your laptop during your stay.)

The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a private, en-suite bathroom. The king bedroom shares a large bathroom with the 3rd bedroom, which is furnished with a queen bed and bunk beds. A handicap shower bench is provided. A convenient half bath is located off the central hallway.

Family-friendly amenities include a highchair, classic and children's books, games and puzzles, TV tray stands, and a pack-n-play crib for the littlest guests. The cushy power recliner is a treat, too. The covered deck provides a lovely view of the ocean, spectacular sunsets, and the soothing sound of the waves. Covered parking for 2 cars is directly in front of the elevator that serves the building from the ground floor up, only a few steps away from the unit.
