Well-qualified and experienced housekeepers are needed to clean and maintain residential rental properties in Margaret Rudd & Associates, Inc.’s seasonal vacation rental program.

A well-qualified and experienced assistant is needed to assist the housekeeping coordinator in the overall operation of the housekeeping department. Qualified applicants should possess some cleaning and/or housekeeping experience and should have experience working in an administrative/office setting.

An experienced and accountable maintenance technician is needed to support Margaret Rudd & Associates’ property management department with general repairs, including technical and mechanical items, and service tasks for its rental properties and 3 office buildings. Qualified candidates must be available on a part-time or full-time basis with weekend availability and must be willing to ensure that properties meet Company standards with regards to appearance, safety, and overall function when performing tasks.

A well-qualified and experienced accounting professional is needed in the property management department to perform a variety of duties on a daily, monthly, and annual basis to include cash drawer management, credit card processing, bank deposits, filing, reconciliations, bill payment, invoicing, and reporting.

A sales-oriented, experienced Reservation Specialist is needed to support the office and assist in booking operations.
