Actively Monitoring Storm
As Hurricane Erin makes its way along the eastern seaboard, Margaret Rudd & Associates, Inc., REALTORS® continues to activey monitor conditions. Over the next few days, our region will likely experience passing showers and thunderstorms, increased winds, road ponding and flooding, and frequent, strong rip currents.
As a result, we urge guests to be mindful of conditions.
Guests On Property
In addition, we ask that all MRA guests "on property" ensure that all golf carts and electric vehicles are unplugged, especially overnight. We also request that they be mindful of any uptick in wind conditions, taking into account any exterior umbrellas or shades and light outdoor furniture.
MRA Operations
At this time, we do not foresee any modifications or adjustments to our normal operating procedures to include arrivals and departures or office hours.
We will continue to monitor the storm and area conditions as the storm passes. We ask that you refer to weather information sources (listed below), as well as the Adverse Weather page of our website for additional details or updates. In addition, we ask that you also kee an eye out for any updates from our office sent via text message or email as that will be the primary mode of contact during this time.
